HAYWARD CITY COUNCIL HEARING ON THE CONDO-CONVERSION ORDINANCE

On Tuesday, April 22, 2008 the Hayward City Council unaminously approved the Condo-Conversion Ordinance. This is a very big step forward for the Hayward Mobilehome Community in that the Ordinance very carefully details all of the steps a park owner is required to take and complete in order to condoize a park. Thank you all for attending this very critical session. I am pleased to report that the Council Chamber was filled to the brim!
