Here in Hayward we have the HAYWARD MOBILEHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. HMOA, Inc. is an organization comprised of mobilehome residents who reside in one of our nine Hayward parks. The officers are elected by us and all the positions are strictly voluntary. They work closely with Hayward’s elected and appointed City officials who are instrumental in protecting your rights via The City of Hayward’s Mobilehome Space Rent Stabilization Ordinance.
We have five general meetings a year and notify all residents of the time and place. Membership is $5.00 per household per year, from January through December. Please join us and keep our membership strong and united. Working together we CAN and WILL make a difference.
